We are two retired professional women, eager to help you through the difficult process of liquidating the belongings of a loved one, due to loss, or one of life’s big transitions. We have both been in your shoes. We understand the emotional and physical toll it can take on you.

We are here to help make the liquidation part of the process, as easy and painless as we can. We bring to the table, a toolbox filled with compassion, integrity and experience.
There is never any charge for us to come and visit your site. We recommend you take a breath, and give us a call. No need to try and clean or tidy before we come. No need to throw away things or donate items before we meet! You’d be surprised at what will sell at an estate sale. Let us take a look and we will give your our honest and experienced opinion on the best way to move forward. We come without judgment. If we aren’t able to book your sale, we will leave you with some resources, including:

After our initial consultation, if we think your home/site is a good fit for us, we will come back to you with a “bid” and a contract. If we sign a contract with you, you will be able to “walk away” and leave it in our capable hands.
We recommend that before we come, you and your family/friends go through the home and set aside (or remove) anything you’d like to keep. We want you and yours to keep what’s most important to you.

We begin staging, researching, photographing and pricing every item we find. We are experienced in staging sales to yield the best results. If we research an item that we don’t feel confident in pricing, we have access to other professionals, who specialize in particular areas. At no additional charge to you.
We run ads for your sale, in multiple proven social media sites. Since we are working on commission, it is in our BEST interest to make your sale look great, is well advertised and has high attendance.
Finally, we will run your sale! Sometimes that can be a one day sale or up to three days.
We will do our best to keep your items safe and make the experience positive for you and our buyers.
All of the above is included in our commission.
We also cover the cost of supplies like pricing stickers, signs, etc. There are no hidden fees. Any possible additional fees (i.e. a dumpster or shared labor costs, will be agreed to in our contract) No surprises!

She worked for many years at one of the largest Sonoma County Estate Sale companies, as a trusted antique pricing resource, sales staff and as the assistant to the owner. She brings 10+ years of experience as a buyer and seller of all things vintage and antique (especially vintage C
Jennifer Goudeau is a seasoned estate sale professional. She worked for many years at one of the largest Sonoma County Estate Sale companies, as a trusted antique pricing resource, sales staff and as the assistant to the owner. She brings 10+ years of experience as a buyer and seller of all things vintage and antique (especially vintage Christmas). She worked, for a couple of years, on the sales floor of the well respected San Francisco Auction House, Butterfield's and Butterfield's,
(now Bonham’s).
In her professional life, not related to estate sales, she was the Manager of Volunteer Resources for the American Red Cross Bay Area. Besides antiques, her passion has always been disaster relief. She worked as a paid staff member of the Disaster Relief Team, including 9/11, Katrina and several small towns in between.
Maureen McManus brings a long history of advocating for the “under dog”. She worked many years as a well respected Union Negotiator. Mo also served as a volunteer on the Marin County Board of Human Rights. She is currently a volunteer Ombudsman, advocating for seniors, who are often institutionalized. This is a passion job for her. And she does it well. Her desire to work in the Estate Sales field, stems from her desire to see that folks who are struggling through the estate liquidation process, receive caring and ethical assistance.
She brings a strong customer service background having worked for the YMCA and Safeway Corp., in the past.
